Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: June 30, 2026
If you have interacted with a Facebook Page that MHP manages - by posting a comment, sending a Messenger message, or replying to an ad - Christina (our internal automation tool) may have stored a record of that interaction. This page explains how to have that data deleted.
What data Christina holds about your interactions
- Your Facebook user ID (or Page-Scoped User ID for Messenger).
- Your public name as shown on Facebook.
- Your public Facebook profile picture, used to identify you in our agent inbox and on your lead record.
- The text and timestamp of your comment(s) or message(s).
- Our automated and human reply messages back to you.
- Webhook event records (raw payloads received from Meta) for audit purposes.
We do not store your email address, phone number, friend list, the photos you post or share, your location, or any private profile information - only your public name and profile picture as described above.
Option 1 - Delete your comment on Facebook
If you commented on a Page that MHP manages, deleting the comment on Facebook is the fastest way to remove your data. When you delete a comment, Meta sends Christina a removal event and we automatically purge the stored records for that comment.
How to delete a comment on Facebook:
- Navigate to the comment you want to remove.
- Click the three-dot icon (
···) next to the comment. - Select “Delete”.
Note: deleting a Messenger conversation on your own device does not notify us - Meta does not send an event for that. To have Messenger data removed, use Option 2 or Option 3 below.
Option 2 - Remove the app from your Facebook settings
Removing our app from your Facebook account triggers Meta's Data Deletion Request, which Christina processes automatically:
- Go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find our app in the list and click “Remove”.
Meta then calls our deletion endpoint and we immediately purge the data we store about you, returning a confirmation code you can use to check the status on our deletion status page.
Option 3 - Email us a deletion request
If you cannot use the options above (for example, because the original comment was already removed), you can email us a deletion request:
- Send an email to hi@mhpsalesmanager.com.
- Use the subject line:
Christina data deletion request. - In the body, include:
- The name of the Facebook Page you interacted with.
- Approximately when the interaction happened (a date is enough).
- A statement confirming you are the owner of the Facebook account that posted the interaction, or that you are acting with their authorization.
We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What happens after a deletion
When we process a deletion, the following occurs:
- Your subscriber profile and the raw webhook event records that reference you are deleted from Christina's live database immediately.
- Your conversation history in our internal CRM is removed within 30 days.
- Any copies in encrypted database backups are aged out within 30 days as those backups expire and are overwritten.
Note for Page admins
If you are an administrator of a Facebook Page that MHP manages and you want to disconnect the entire Page from Christina (rather than delete individual conversations), contact MHP or use Christina's admin dashboard if you have authorized access. The Disconnect button revokes the App's webhook subscription with Meta and removes the Page's record from our database.
