Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Christina, an internal automation tool operated by MHP Sales Manager (“MHP”, “we”, “us”) at christina.mhpsalesmanager.com. By accessing Christina you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not access or use Christina.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the general Terms of Service published at mhpsalesmanager.com. Where the two documents overlap, these Christina-specific Terms control with respect to Christina.

1. Eligibility and authorized use

Christina is provided exclusively to authorized employees and contractors of MHP Sales Manager. By logging in, you confirm that you are an authorized user acting only on Pages that MHP or a client business has authorized MHP to manage. Christina is not a public self-serve product and there is no public sign-up.

2. Acceptance of Agreement and amendments

All terms apply without modification by you and together constitute a legally binding agreement. From time to time MHP may revise, amend, or otherwise change these Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Christina after the effective date of any change constitutes consent to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using Christina.

3. Permitted activities

You agree to use Christina only for legitimate business purposes related to managing Facebook and Instagram assets that MHP or client businesses authorize MHP to manage, including:

  • Connecting Facebook Pages that MHP is authorized to manage.
  • Configuring automated reply rules for comments and Messenger conversations.
  • Monitoring conversations and engagement through the administrative dashboard.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may NOT:

  • Use Christina to send spam, harassment, abusive content, or any content that violates Meta's Platform Policies or Community Standards.
  • Connect Facebook Pages that MHP is not authorized to manage.
  • Attempt to access, modify, or disable Christina's security controls (token encryption, signature verification, etc.).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or copy Christina's code, infrastructure, or any underlying software for use outside MHP.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, sell, trade, or resell Christina or any part of it for any purpose.
  • Share login credentials with any person who is not an authorized user.
  • Create multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes, or with overlapping use cases.
  • Use Christina in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Compliance with Meta's policies

Use of Christina is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and the Facebook Community Standards. You are responsible for ensuring that automated messages, replies, and engagement actions taken through Christina comply with those policies. Violations may result in Meta restricting access to connected Pages.

6. Accounts, passwords, and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify MHP immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. MHP may access your account from time to time to provide assistance with technical issues or to maintain or improve the service.

7. Provision of the service

You understand and agree that MHP may modify, terminate, suspend, or otherwise adjust any aspect of Christina at any time without prior notice. If MHP disables access to your account for material breach of these Terms, you may be prevented from accessing Christina, your account details, or any data contained in your account.

8. Account termination

MHP may revoke your access to Christina at any time, with or without notice, for any reason - including violation of these Terms, change of role, end of employment or contract, or non-payment of any fees that may apply. Termination will result in immediate cessation of access. All terminations are at MHP's sole discretion.

9. Data handling

Information about how Christina collects, uses, and protects data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where applicable, MHP's public Privacy Policy also applies.

10. Proprietary rights

Christina, its source code, infrastructure, and all related materials are the exclusive property of MHP. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, MHP does not grant you any express or implied right in them. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in or on Christina.

11. No warranty

Christina is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) Christina, even if MHP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through Christina's admin dashboard.
